Returns
All returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving the item.
The product must be undamaged.
Customer pays all return shipping fees.
Jewelreaper.com is not responsible for items lost in the mail. It is recommended that you purchase insurance for your return.
Your return will not be processed until we receive the item.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Paypal, checks, and money orders.

If you pay by check or money order, your order will not be shipped until we receive payment.
Shipping
Shipping is free via Priority Mail for US addresses only.
If you live outside of the United States, we will quote you a shipping price before you pay.
If you desire a different shipping method, please tell us what you would prefer in the comments box when you check out. We will quote you the shipping price before you pay.
We do our best to ship packages within 24 hours after an order is placed.
